can i do exercise on periods?? Can I continue my exercise routine on periods? I do this exercises- 50 jumping jacks,30 min run,40 push ups,10 sun salvation,30 sit ups than meditation I have to continue them as if I did not do it then it will affect my body,as I do it everyday n if suddenly I stoped it will be problem to my health

no......................... u can do morning/evening walk/ yoga............ just after finishing ur periods u can do ur daily exercise..............i think............ any way be happy...............
